Yup. This bullshit answer is the reason I can't take this AMA seriously. "He hasn't heard the last of me." Don't give us that bullshit. If OP has insider knowledge that can help this country he needs to scream it from the rooftops and testify. This isn't a fucking game. Fuck the book. The internet is a perfectly suitable platform to spread whatever message they have in an immediate and worldwide manner. This is just advertising.

ETA: Also, if this is actually altruistic, release the book online, right now, with a link to donate to his cause. If the book really does have pertinent information OP should have no problem getting tons of donations.
