Do you like your choice of a news source? What if I told you Comcast could slow all CNN traffic? You might say "why would they do that?" But when you realize they own MSNBC it becomes more understandable. Sure, you could feel comfortable if AT&T is your provider. Until the Time Warner-AT&T merger goes through and then you could be stuck with CNN (CNN is owned by TW).

All this is all the more horrible when you factor in that 50% of US households only have access to 1 provider. This is anything but a competitive market.

Yeah that's why I searched it on Google and it appeared to be a thing. Skittles was at the top of most of the results.
