Did you know that Greeks invented pulling Syrian refugees out of the Aegean Sea?

What impact do you think more open US/Cuba relations will have on Cuba's culture? In other words, how long do I have to go to Cuba before it completely changes?

I've had this question for vegans for a while and have never gotten a great answer. Why isn't vegetarianism enough? For example, if the cows are treated in the right way, why not drink milk and milk and eat butter/cheese? Obviously, it would be tough to make sure the cows are treated correctly but presumably if you have a local farmer you trust you'd be able to source some.
