You can find his website, but he charges 150$/hr for tutoring. At that rate, he would need to fill 2 hours of tutoring per day to make that much. If you are well connected to rich people to begin with, getting them to pay 150/hr$ to have their kid succeed is pretty easy.

In the US, most states have at-will employment. Montana is the only one that doesnt.

In case some are unclear on atwill employment, you are free to quit at any time without reason, and employers can fire you at any time with or without reason.

If amazon hears you talking about unions, they can fire you and claim they fired you for no reason or any small infraction. As long as they dont state 'we fired you cause of unionization talks' theres basically nothing you can do.

I found his tutoring website and he charged ~140$/hr for tutoring. If the dude could find 3 people per day willing to pay thats 164k/hr.

Its insane to me that anyone would pay, but i could see people paying that.

edit:

164k/hr -> 164k/yr

Looking at average millwright pays, it seems the average (in the US) is 25-30$/hr. Is there a specific reason you make much more than the average? Or did you just find a high-paying position compared to others?
