Bet you are wrong. For every conventional company trying to restrict self-driving vehicles, you'll have a Wal-Mart looking to replace their drivers, cab companies looking to do the same, rental car companies who would save billions on insurance...plus consumers whose insurance rates would plummet, who can never get DUIs or tickets again...nah, really doubt it there will be too much resistance.

Obviously two million in restitution is completely out of reach. How is that realistically going to work?
