I've heard about a few of the BT worlds that were originally planned to be in BK. Are there any other worlds that were worked on or at least planned for BK and BT that didn't make the final games?

Hey guys! Not YL-related, but it is BK-related. What happened to Tooty and Brentilda? They were pretty prominent characters in BK and then never showed up again other than pictures in BT. Were there plans for them that never played out or were they just never intended for anything else? I just wondered what their whereabouts were.
