Hey, thanks for doing this- you're an incredible fighter and I always root for you. Looking forward to watching you take down Lombard, and the next guy, and the next.. Got a couple questions:

You talked a lot about how important your father was to you and how you pretty much got to where you are today because of the way he raised you. What advice would you give for someone going through a devastating loss like that on how to keep pushing forward and continue following his/her dream?

What's the hardest you've ever been hit, either in training or in a fight?
