Do you need to avoid iced tea more (or other things that are more likely to cause stones)?

Getting something put into my bloodstream doesn’t that me too. Giving blood makes the staff scared, because I look like as pale as a prototypical vampire, but I’m usually fine.

It’s interesting that it’s illegal to compensate but I can make a guess as to why it is illegal.
