Paramedic here - I've also had the jiggly eyeball call. Also sweaty knees and a 'haemorrhage' that was a graze. I put a bandaid on it.

I would definitely recommend contacting Websleuths and getting them to take a look at the case. They have a history of doing a lot of good and putting pressure on authorities to re-open cold cases. Good luck!

Oh! I had one once who called with 'chest pain' but when we got there really just needed someone to feed her goats.
