One of the things I love so much about Mineral is the raw emotion that's so palpable in the music. Nearly two decades later, do you find that you still experience those same emotions and that they come across in your music when you play it now?
P.S.
What's the difference between "February" and "February (March Version)"? My February / M.D. 7" Vinyl lists the song as "February (March Version)" on the back and that title has always made me wonder...

Thanks so much for answering. Your music has meant a great deal to me over the years and I can't wait to see you guys live in September (I'll be coming to at least 4 or 5 of the first week's reunion shows).
Also thanks for clarifying the February song title; that's the song that hooked me way back when and remains my favorite to this day. Hope you guys play it live! Thanks again!

You sound like you might be me from the future...and that is a pretty scary thought. As someone in his early 20s with terrible social anxiety that only seems to be getting worse, I am terrified this will be me some day. As it is now I'm able to leave the house, but social interactions are kept to an absolute minimum and even talking on the phone is insanely hard. School, a job, friends, a girlfriend are all off the table unless they're online.
So, I guess my question is this: if you could go back in time and relive your early 20s do you think there's anything you could do differently that would allow you to avoid the situation you're in now? Or at least make it so that it's not so severe/debilitating? Any different things you could have done, paths you could have taken etc or do you think you would've been doomed to this fate no matter what?
