Thanks for your advocacy! I had to have surgery on my spine twice last year and the depression is/was almost worse than the pain. Then they make you jump through hoops for the medication.

Have you ever heard of antibiotics being used to treat pain? I was on some for a cyst a few months back and my back pain disappeared. There’s a study out there about it, but they didn’t use a very large group in their trial.

The one I’m referring to is here but they only had 162 people and did one trial. Obviously long term antibiotics are not great but I felt so much better so I’m definitely conflicted. I’ll look into HGH though!

Holy crap, I just found out my back problems might be related to a skin condition I have. Anti-inflammatories do nothing for it but antibiotics do! I’m in total shock, it’s been two years without an answer of why this was happening to me (3 disc issues) and I only found out when I searched for an antibiotic that would be effective in treating both issues. I’m in shock. I’m not sure I would’ve found the connection without researching what antibiotic(s) to use so thank you so much!
