If my loved one died and had told me they didn't want to be cremated - how hard would it be to avoid the official burial teams?

Also, my impression is that there are at least three cremation sites in Monrovia - an old one run by ethnic Indians, and two new ones - an incinerator, newly imported, and a site outside the city where they cremate with wooden pyres. Is that your impression?
