How involved are you in the writing of the tv show? Were there certain parts in the show that, as the creator, you felt weren't fitting?

Hi Hank! Been watching the Simpsons since I was forbade by my parents to do so and I regret nothing. Many people think the Simpsons lost their appeal years ago, to which I disagree. But my question is did you think the Simpsons would make it to 26 seasons (since its renewed for the fall of this year)? What would be your ideal Simpsons ending?
