Anarcho-capitalists and other free market types use a definition of capitalism that seems entirely political and anti-historical to me, essentially saying capitalism is "voluntary exchange". What are your thoughts on this definition?

The Egyptian black bloc has the good luck of being in Egypt, so Chris Hedges might just support it! Black blocs in the US, however, do not have this fortunate accident of geography in their favor, thus Chris Hedges will not support them. It all makes sense!

What part of an iphone is capitalism and what part is the state?

Do you distinguish between nonviolence and self-defense, and is burning down a police station a nonviolent act? In the US it would not be seen that way, but in the rest of the world it seems to be acceptable in various situations (like Egypt, for instance).
