How about the litigation fear, is that healthy either? Often is recommending something is covering our asses. Especially in the ER setting

And we don't make money based on testing/procedures/imaging usually. Most of us are salaried or hourly., Sometimes with a small bonus depending on the above + complexity + severity of illness.

Why is the New York legislation imperfect in your eyes? It has decreased payments to all providers and kept patients out of the middle of the negotiations.

Why oppose an independent third party decision for fair and customary prices like FAIRHEALTH as opposed to median in-network rates which insurers can game and use to squelch physician group negotiating powers?
