Given how much money you have raised from the financial industry I would like to know what you would do to ensure that we do not have another meltdown like 2008.

Specifically, what is your position on the consumer financial protection bureau? Is that something you supported or would like to see continue in a robust way?

Also, what is your position on (1) breaking up the big banks; and (2) reinstating glass steagal, or something similar to divide banking from trading?

Is there any possibility that a group of 15-20 moderate House republicans would break off and make a deal with democrats to put one of those moderate republicans in as Speaker using democratic votes? Particularly if we get to the debt ceiling and it appears no deal will be made, is this a possibility to avoid a catastrophe?

When the budget is about to be voted down, the district must threaten to take away school buses instead of decrease administrator salaries
