- I assume this is in reference to showing up in your best for an interview and my answer would be no, but I would also argue that (making another assumption here) your responses/behaviors during an interview have a much higher effect on the outcome than the haircut does. When you submit a resume, that's often all there is to the process.

Have you ever gotten pushback that hiring someone else to write their resume is "unfair" because a professional resume writer should have an edge to get their client a call/interview? What are your thoughts on this?
If you could change anything about how most companies fill roles, either in the application/screening/interviewing process/etc, what would it be and why?
