I was just telling my girlfriend last night over some drinks at the bar how heavy the M1 felt. I had the chance to fire an M1 before as my friends father has a collection of WWII firearms. It has a nice little kick to it, plus the wood stock would do a number on your shoulder after a while I imagine. I love history and was trying to convey just how difficult it must have been to be carry all that gear around everywhere you went. Thanks for doing this AMA I really enjoy reading the stories you tell.

That burger king dairy video was just fucking sick. Do you have any tips as to how I can check that the meat from the grocery store I am buying isn't coming from one of these hell holes?
