I have trichotillomania and deal with no eyelashes most of the time, so I thought I could answer your question. (Hope you don't mind, OP!)

It's really difficult to wear false lashes when there are no natural lashes for them to stick to. If it's sweat you're dealing with, it'll mix with the lash adhesive and cause them to fall off. It's really a pain.

This doesn't make any sense to me. Hair loss can be caused from all sorts of things- I don't think the nature of the hair loss should determine whether or not the cost of a wig is covered.
