Zestimates are pretty foul. I bought my house for 196k in may 2016. By June 2016 it was zestimated at (drum roll...) 520k!

So I obviously put it on the market for 500k closed by the end of the week!

Obviously kidding. It's an up and coming neighborhood and I'm fixing it up, but it's got a long way to go to be worth some of the other 500k-1mm properties on the block.
