Hello Jac, thanks for doing this AMA and for all the bands/artists you have signed over the years.

What were some of the superlatives and special talents you looked for when an artist or band wanted to be signed?

First of all, as a dedicated fan of Tomb Raider since the first game, thank you guys for making what I consider to be the best Tomb Raider game in over a decade and restoring my faith in the series! I can't wait to play the next one!

My question is, where do you see the series going next? Seeing how some elements of this game probably won't be redone (being stranded on and surviving an island), the series can go in many directions from here. I loved the non-linear locations like the Forrest Village and Shipwreck Beach. Are you planning to incorporate that non-linear style more fully into the next game?

First I want to say thank you, for all the work you guys do. I'm amazed at how every episode you all put out just keeps getting better and better, in terms of quality, storyline, and jokes.

I'm sure you guys must have quite a large amount of bloopers of funny moments that got recorded. Will there ever be a video released of these moments?
