How do you try and encourage vocations to the priesthood and religious life in your parish?

What is the state of vocations like in your parish? Particularly among young women? Obviously you're in the best position to discuss discerning a call to the priesthood, but what about women who don't have a group of women religious near them to turn to? Like in the first stages, when they may not be ready to go and visit places. Or maybe you have a group of women religious close by?
