Hugo was such a visually stunning movie! How much of the work was CGI vs. Matre painting vs. Shots on location?

Thanks so much for doing this AMA! I just read your autiobiography and it was pretty incredible. I was looking forward to seeing the film, and now that I know you're involved I'm looking forward to it even more! I am not a mountain climber, and this past summer I did a hike that ended at about 11,000 feet. I was amazed at how noticeably more difficult it became as I was hiking up and I couldn't imagine doing the same thing at a muc higher altitude. How would you describe the feeling of climbing at 28,000 feet?
