Very glad I logged on! Thank you for the advice. I had the same thing happen about 8 weeks in. I hurt my shoulder because I lifted too much too fast. Form matters and I rushed it. Hope to start back tomorrow. Looking forward to making some progress again, Lord willing.

Are you drinking enough water?

I had the same thing happening to me.

I stopped eating anything a couple of hours before workouts, and completely cut out soy and whey products. I also increased liquid consumption. Apparently, in addition to a soy allergy, I was dehydrated. Problem solved. Haven't gotten nauseated from a workout since making these changes.
