maybe I've watched too much Futurama but this was the first thing I thought of too, if this is successful will it lead to rich people harvesting bodies like some 70s Carpenter movie or something but keep in mind that brain tissue ages too, eyes, teeth and at least until the procedure is perfected the extreme trauma on your (new) body would probably mitigate any anti-aging benefits.

tl;dr taking your 90 year old head and putting it on a healthy 20 year old body to live forever probably won't work.
