To be fair, many massage therapists who are consenting adults and choose to perform sexual services with clients keep their licenses. If everything's consensual, no one outside the room ever knows (or needs to know, IMHO).

See a doctor (probably a urologist) about this, if you haven't already. There are a wide variety of things that can cause this; and at 25yo, you're definitely an outlier for experiencing this.

Not to scare you, but you need to make sure it isn't prostate cancer or something else life-threatening.

It was a rare treat (usually as part of a 90 minute session, not a 60), and it certainly was an indulgence, but a very enjoyable one!
