As a busy CEO, investor and father do you still compete in races/events yourself?
I believe that many stand behind Spartan Race because you are out there actively in the field at races and Hurricane Heats. As the business grows how do you plan on differentiating yourself from other CEOs in the industry who aren't on site and don't appear to be very active or are a participant of the sport themselves, i.e. Will Dean?
