They didn't have to. I mean it's like asking someone today to get to Canada or Mexico without running into a checkpoint since there's thousands and thousands of miles of unguarded boarder... it's just very hard to reach and get there since there aren't any easy ways to do and most people couldn't without preparing and buying the right gear... which might get you a visit asking why you're buying this hiking/mountaineering/camping gear. You'd need to hike through little used trails, forests, mountains, etc in what could be incredibly harsh and cold weather since all the main routes there would be covered, and only the most desperate do it. And if you tried in the more accessible areas then you may run into a patrol and be captured and sent to a gulag. Not to mention that the moment you crossed the border... then what? You'd likely have to get through another communist country in the Soviet Bloc and escape that boarder too.

Other products which compete with yours (such as Titanium) have typically struggled with app-size (ie: the smallest install android .apk is still 10MB+ with V8, 3MB with Rhino) as they package Rhino or whatever runtime with every install, do you guys have any plans to work around that problem? I haven't used React in ages, but I remember an incredibly basic android app being similar when I did a comparison (I assume for the same reason). Is there any way to close the gap with the size of native apps?

Obviously worse power consumption/performance compared to native is also a factor for the same reason, again, how are ye planning to (or how have ye managed to) try and close this?
