This. First people are pissed at ARC because they aren't saying enough, then people are pissed because people from ARC are saying things here.
I think there were some shenanigans somewhere. But I have zero problems with a legit rep of an organization being called out in the AMA sticking his head in.

Yeah... but Monopoly has basically sold through. That's why you have Lord of the Ring monopoly, My Little Pony monopoly, Dentist's First Root Canal monopoly, etc. When people buy one of these things, they're buying them as gifts, because people like Lord of the Rings, or My Little Pony, or Root Canals.
I do find it problematic that you failed to respond to OP with some of the great titles you've had in recent years, (because Hasbro has put out some really good stuff over the last decade, both through their own brands and their subsidiaries). It suggests that you don't know the strengths in your own product lines.

Is small claims court really a good idea when the entity the consumer is up against is typically a large, well funded hospital with legal representation on staff or retainer?
Depends on the state. In some jurisdictions the hospital isn't allowed to send a lawyer to small claims. In which case, yes, that's probably the best odds you'll get.
To be frank, lawyers don't really improve the win rate in small claims by all that much.
Of course, even if you do win, there's the appeal...

What is a typical protocol for most officers who encounter mental illness in the field, particularly where weapons are concerned, and how does NOLA's protocol differ from this?
