And what of specifically the EPA's reach to include roughly 95 percent of NYS under their regulation? The rule makes X feet from each deemed waterway under the jurisdiction of the EPA, and I forget the exact figure but it literally makes almost the entire state under their direction.

I agree with proper stewardship and not dumping already state regulated fertilizers and pesticides. A small timer like myself who is not using anything other than a 2 bottom plow, horse manure, and an old farmall is quite the opposite of the 1000 acre farms. The only thing I can ask is that you take the time to look into this and hopefully protect me, a small farmer, gun owner, and one of your constituents as Ive been planning on supporting you.

I would suggest ditchtherule.fb.org regarding some info on the clean water act and how it does and will effect me but apparently its been taken down.

Then fight the good fight and I look forward to saying that Alex Merced represents me in the Senate.

That right there is the answer I'm looking for! Thanks again.

Hope Chuck SCUMer gets kicked to sending out resumes in the private and sector.

Fellow NY state resident, specifically western NY.

Safe act, where do you stand? As well as 2nd ammendment in general. I cant stand Chuckie, and Gillibrand does what he says.

2nd question, I tried multiple times to find out where Gillibrand stood on the clean water act as it directly impedes small farmers ability to work the land. Specifically it makes grey areas where if enforced a farmer would need permits just to till any amount of land, as well as give the EPA jurisdiction over any waterway including culverts and seasonal ditches. This is pretty alarming regulation for a small starting farmer as myself.
