What is the most strange or shocking call you've had to take and provide assistance at?

Do you have future plans for expansion into surrounding areas? As a resident of St. Landry parish, LUS fiber is the light at the end of the low-bandwidth tunnel for a lot of people in this area as well as others, I'm sure("light" pun unintended). Also, it's great to see you guys doing an AMA!
