I just looked up WP-SpamFree (http://www.polepositionmarketing.com/library/wordpress-plugins/wpspam-free/#wpsf_how_it_works). If I'm reading this right, all it does is make sure any commenter has JavaScript and cookies enabled, which will block unsophisticated bots. No human editing is needed.

I, for one, appreciate your site. I've always thought memorizing a deck of cards was something I could do, and your tips seem very helpful. I look forward to trying it, although, I doubt I'd ever get close to your record!
