Very happy that you do this. It's so important for every child to get the chance to interact with other people and learn new social skills. I think a lot of parents are ashamed to take their child with special needs outside of their home or invite quests over and this does not benefit the child at all.

Does she speak and how has she developed physically so far? I'm a PT and I worked with a 3 year old boy with Down syndrome this spring. He was a very adorable child and almost always cheerful. Is your little girl also very cheerful and happy most of the times and what do you find difficult about raising a child with Down syndrome?
