How big of a concern is orbital debris on a typical mission and how do you deal with it?

Not Mr Gunn obviously, but some simple approaches:

1. Direct your mind to your breathing and your feet (it sounds odd, but try paying attention to the sensation of your feet on the ground.)
2. Be a vigilant observer of your emotional reactions, but do not judge them. It might help to name your reactions as they arise.
3. Return your focus to your breathing and feet... over and over again as necessary.
