How does or will long read sequencing, like from PacBio, help you with the work that you do? Do you think that will have an impact on microbiome research?

Loved your work. Will you have a beta test program for those who fund the project? (For your Myst 1.0 release I found a bug and then had fun hacking through the hypercard source so I could send you a fix as well. I noticed some tell-tale comments in the code about a last minute change even. Would love to help out again in some way, even though with Unreal as the engine sending actual fixes will be a lot harder!)

How important are plasmids to understanding the microbiome? Are we finding that effects are more often because of particular species populations or from the plasmids that infect them?
