Talking about transparency, the TTIP text being kept secret, even to such an extent that our elected officials do not get a copy, and must go to a special "reading room".

Questions:

Why is the TTIP text being kept secret? Why do our leaders not trust the public to see this text? Why can even elected parliamentarians not get a copy?

That's the excuse they use. If describing crimes is a crime, then we might as well lock up all the writers of murder stories, and most of Hollywood. You know, people who enjoy killing might get high on such stories. There are even stories/films that glorify criminals.

Do you see any parallels with your case? Why do you think Estonian officials start these cases that clearly are bad for the reputation of the country? Do you believe the Estonian court system is really independent or do they just seek to find a way to justify whatever the state does? Will you take the fight on to the European Court of Human Rights?
