Not OP but, to answer your question about the consumer market- Rhino horn is used for "traditional" Chinese medicine and has become a status symbol across Asia. I believe I read that Vietnam is the main market. Rhino horn is made of keratin (just like fingernails) and has no actual medicinal properties.

How do veterinarians get involved in your organization? Are they volunteers or do you have a veterinary staff? Are there opportunities for veterinary students?
