In his previous post he says he has a Humanities degree and a Master's in government archive which is a special requisite for the job he want(ed). Also his AMA was 6 years ago, and if he gets it at the end of academic year 2018 it would be more like 7-8 years, no?

What are your thoughts on a social security program where you receive welfare if you lose your job involuntarily like in some European countries? Ie you would have received 70% of your former wage until you found a new job. Would that have made a difference?
