Why is it that if the goal of vaccines is to help the body create antibodies, they all have different efficacy rates? Wouldn't it be correct to assume that if I have any vaccine, I have the antibodies, and that if I get exposed to COVID, I should have the same chance of recovering from it? Do different vaccines generate the creation of different types of antibodies?
