What techniques are you using for tracking bear movement?

What were the world fairs like? Were there drugs and orgies and all that stuff or was it more tame? What were some of the craziest things you've been a part of? We're the people at the fairs mostly spiritual/religious or were they just there to party? Were you living in Oregon? Did you have an opinion on their decision to bring in homeless people from all over the country?
