Man, the fact that you can see through the craziness after being raised in an environment where you were constantly subjected to it is very impressive to me.

I have all sorts of issues with sleep but worked for me, got rid of my mad crippling insomnia. It's super lame and not fun at all. Obviously work (depending on your career) and family stuff will get in the way so not everyone can do this. But it worked for me so here it is:

-Keep the same sleep schedule every...single...day. Same bedtime (within reason), same wakeup time. No sleeping in. For me it's 10:30PM to 7PM. Alarm set 7AM, even weekends.

-No coffee after 12PM, no vitamins after 12PM, no alcohol at night (lame I know, this is the #1 killer of sleep for me though, my body hates it)

-Blackout your room

-No monitors/cell phones 30 min before bed, reading is OK and actually helps me

-No cleaning/household stuff before bed

-Exercise if possible (even a short duration) during the day

Had to adjust my life from being a social/late night person to a wake-up-early-and-exercise guy.

I played it as a kid and immediately got stuck. That was the one on the asteroid correct? Was so frustrated by it. Game developers then did not give a crap haha.
