Hello, Two questions I have that I'm curious about.

1. Why should someone get vaccinated against something like measles with a lower prevention % rather than something like tetanus vaccine with almost 100% prevention?

2. How does having multiple vaccinations together in a period of time affect the reliability of certain vaccines?
