ok, so the dude who just had a homemade industrial accident resulting in his leg being blown apart states "there is no danger." Obviously, this guy has difficulty distinguishing what danger is - hence the unintended release and mangled body part(s). Too safe is never safe enough, establish a perimeter and cautiously inspect the area.

Make no mistake, I applaud your curiosity and iniative to self educate and problem solve. I also applaud your personal approach to weigh and accept risk/danger (life is to be lived, not watched) but you do not get to accept danger/risk on behalf of others.
