Just because Petraeus was CIA Director does not mean, by itself, he posed a national security risk. Just because he choose to have an affair, that again, by itself, does not mean who posed or poses a national security risk.

My miles per gallon varies by 1-3 miles depending upon where I buy my fuel, for example. I drive a lot, maybe 30 gallons unleaded per week.
