Is there a link between your gut microbiome and how your body reacts to fatty foods? If so, is there a way to track this reaction?
I've previously used a Continuous Glucose Monitor to track my glucose response and wondered if there is anything similar for tracking your fat response. In particular, I've found that eating foods with a high fat content produces a really low glucose spike but am wary about shifting to a high percentage of fatty foods in my diet (35%+) in my diet in case it has a negative impact on my heart health in particular. It would be really good to measure how my body processes yoghurt/cream/fatty fish etc.

Thanks Sarah, I'll have a read of the links. Looking forward to signing up when Zoe launches in the UK.
