Hi Malcolm, In 2010 you wrote an article in the New Yorker called Small Change where you talked about how social media's role in the Arab Spring uprisings has been exaggerated and that, in fact, social media had little to do with these movements. In light of the recent events in Ukraine which were accompanied by the #euromaiden tag on Twitter, a livestream of the protests in Kiev, Twitter accounts for the trebuchet erected in the square, and various other forms of online presence, would you say your position on the matter has changed? Has our expectation of social media as a revolutionary tool shaped it into just such a thing? Thanks for taking the time to answer these questions, I'm really interested in reading all your answers.
