I'm not sure if you have seen this infographic on the diversity gap in the Academy Awards, but it shows a great disparity in awards for people of color. You are one of the few who has broken the mold in the awards and in Hollywood, and not only played extremely dynamic and important historical figures (Malcolm X, Rubin Carter), but you seem not to have been type-cast in the same way that the majority of black/African-American actors have been. How did you achieve this and what do you think about the state of diversity in Hollywood? Is it getting better/worse?

Also for fun, since you've played so many awesome historical figures, if there was a movie made about your life, who would you want to play you?

Edit: making up characters apparently.

Mr. Washington - I am a huge, HUGE fan of your work. I'd venture to say I'm your #1 fan, and I am willing to fight for the title if necessary...

Why is it you can't seem to many ANY bad movies? Is there any movie you look back on and have regrets about?

Alternatively, if you could redo one of your movies as a different character in that same film, what movie would it be and who would you play? I would love to see the roles reversed between you and Clive Owen in Inside Man!

Did you work on a smaller dairy farm or factory dairy farm, though? I think the consensus is that regular dairy farms (smaller, family owned, etc) are not like this, but that the majority of factory farms ARE like this.

The servers know every ingredient of every food

As a person with lots of food allergies, that's like a dream for me.

Honestly, maybe it's because I'm not a rich person, but I wouldn't mind if my server came back to double check about my order. It just shows they want to get it right.
