Hi there, my question is with regards to confiscated property in ISIS controlled territory, especially those of minorities. Based on reports, one of the ways this group has funded itself is through bank robberies, kidnappings, and the sale of confiscated property. While the former two are relatively well understood - are there willing buyers of confiscated property - are they local community neighbors? Any insight would be greatly appreciated it. Thanks!
