I am very interested! I am a graphic designer, mainly print but i also do web. Somehow i am a little skeptical about this sort of devices and consider procrastination pretty much like smoking, very hard to break unless a ton of self motivation is involved. I am eager to hear arguments that could change my mind and mentality as well as even make me quit smoking. :)

Did you make studies on the actual power of this sort of device and how/if can really change habits? Is there place around our hands for more? Bracelets, watches, smartwatches, phones. Omg, we are turning into humandroids and iHumans.
