My wife and I screwed up and had insufficient funds in our account for one water bill (automatic withdrawal). In eight years it was the first time we had ever been late or had insufficient funds or anything like that. They obviously charged us a late fee, which I was fine with. They charged us a $35 fee for the NSF, which I was also fine with.
Then they wanted to charge us another $100 deposit that we wouldn't get back until two more years of on-time payments. Eventually I had it waived but it was a pain in the ass. I personally find that idea to be completely ludicrous, is something like that common in your experience?

I am assuming that when you refer to a physiological disease of the eye, that would be something like Duane Syndrome? I have Duane Syndrome and I assume that there would be no benefit to any kind of VR treatment since there is a physical defect that cannot be overcome? I'm actually not even sure what type of VR experience someone with Duane Syndrome could expect.
The only reason I ask is that I have noticed that from day to day the positioning of my eyes seem to change, sometimes the strabismus is worse than other days. I'm assuming there must be some cause for that and I am curious if there could be some small benefit to some treatment like yours.
Either way, I think it's great what you're doing and I wish you the best of luck and I hope you can help a lot of people!

At what point in your career did you decide to go by a pseudonym and start dressing like you do? Is this how you wanted to express yourself or was it strictly a marketing decision to become more popular?

I wanted to ask the same question! I've kind of fantasized about building a home with ICF since it seems much 'simpler' from a labor standpoint. If concrete weren't so goddamned expensive it would probably be even better.
